To ensure accurate timing, the flap at the top of the bib, which contains the timing chip, must be folded away from your body at an angle between 45 and 90 degrees.

On the back of your bib, please write the name and phone number of an emergency contact, as well as any medical conditions or medications you may have. This information helps our first aid team assist you quickly should you require medical attention during the race.

Courses – Trysil Trail Official Website

START PROCEDURE
The first start begins at 10:00 AM (both 14k and 24k). Subsequent start groups will be released at intervals of a few minutes to reduce congestion on the course and provide the best possible running experience for all participants.

The same start schedule applies to both the 14 km and 24 km races.

Please note: To be eligible to win Trysil Trail by HOKA, you must start in the first start group and be the first runner across the finish line. Running with a stroller is not permitted. Dogs are also not allowed on the course.

HYDRATION AND ENERGY STATIONS
There will be six hydration and energy stations along the course for 24 km runners and four stations for 14 km runners.

Water will also be available in the event area before the start and after the finish.

Each station will offer water and sport drink from Enervit

We recommend bringing your own hydration vest or belt so that you can refill during the race, especially if you are running the 24 km course.

AGE LIMIT
The age limit for the 14K race is 15 years (born in 2011) and for the 24K race is 18 years (born in 2008).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The race takes place in a mountain environment with naturally varied terrain, including sections of boardwalks. We run through sensitive natural areas, so please stay on the marked trail and exercise caution if you need to step off the course.

Do not participate unless you are completely healthy, and do not push yourself to continue if you feel unwell. Running while sick, with a cold, or feeling fatigued can pose serious health risks.  If you need to withdraw from the race, it is important that you notify a race official or member of the race organization, as the course covers a large mountain area.

Mountain weather can change rapidly. We recommend bringing warm clothing to the start area, and a lightweight jacket is always a good idea to carry on the course if the weather looks uncertain.

For your safety, and so you can capture memories from the day, we strongly recommend carrying a fully charged mobile phone during the race.

If you experience any problems during the race, you can call our First Aid Hotline at:

BAG DROP
A bag drop area will be available near the start and finish area.

Please remember to bring your own bag for your belongings. In case of wet weather, we recommend placing your bag inside a transparent plastic bag, as all bags will be stored outdoors.

Detach the perforated tag at the bottom of your race bib and attach it to your bag before leaving it at the bag drop.

Please leave your bag well before your start time, as queues may occur. Also remember to bring the safety pins that were included with your race bib.

TOILETS
There are plenty of toilets available near the start and finish area.

FINISHER SERVICES
When you cross the finish line, you will receive your beautiful Trysil Trail medal, unless you opted out of receiving one during registration.

You will also receive refreshments and energy products after finishing the race.

RESULTS
Preliminary results will be available on trysiltrail.com immediately after the race.

The official results list will be published approximately one week after the event.

MEDICAL SERVICES
Medical staff will be available in the start and finish area. Along the course, our first aid teams will be positioned at various locations.

If you experience any problems during the race, you can call our First Aid Hotline at +47 992 80 084 if you are not near a race official who can assist you in contacting our team.

WASTE AND ENVIRONMENT
Please remember that we will be running through beautiful natural surroundings. Leave only footprints and take nothing but memories.

We all share the responsibility of protecting nature. Please dispose of all waste in the designated recycling bins for packaging, food waste, and residual waste located in the event area at the start and finish.

Any items you bring onto the mountain that cannot be disposed of in the available bins should be taken back with you and sorted appropriately elsewhere. We kindly ask for your help in keeping the trails and mountains clean.

TRYSIL TRAIL AFTER RUN
The celebration continues after the race!

After you finish the race, we gather at SkiStar Lodge Trysil and the Stabben Restaurant for the ultimate summer After Run, featuring food, drinks, entertainment, and a great atmosphere.
